I don’t know ever write reviews, but this was the only workout program I’ve ever stuck with pretty much to the letter. I followed the at-home version. I loved that each workout has a main lift followed by accessory/assistant circuits that got my heart rate up, which meant I counted the workout as cardio too! I’m repeating phase 1 because I’m not sure what else to do, but I know I want to hold on to my gains! I definitely got results but most importantly I learned more about weight/strength training in a way that has caused me to want to stick with it. Would love another at home program to follow!
