This 12 week bikini challenge was life I loved it so much I did it two and a half times and I still count my weeks I built so much muscle and toned up so well and lost weight I couldn’t be more grateful. I still incorporate so much of it in my daily workout. I cant wait to try the booty bible. Thank You for Inspiring women of all shapes ❤

If you want be combo of one day leaving the gym sweaty af on plyo day and strength training the other 5 days, this twelve week program for you! Katie has picture by picture of what to do! I currently am redoing her 12 week program with her plyo book because her plyos kick your butt! You feel amazing after each workout and I highly recommend her as person as well! So true to herself, not fake, the realest Instagram Fitness and coach overall! My legs became toned, my butt became firm, my back muscles became my defined!
