Booty Shaper!
Everyone wants the whole package when it comes to great legs! Glutes have been THE topic of conversation when it comes to that ideal image. There is nothing like well-shaped glutes and hamstrings to give you that overall look of a strong/aesthetic lower body. Well this month, I teamed up with a friend of mine, Paris Johnson, and we are going to hone in on that area and provide you with an awesome workout to shape the booty and get it ready for those awesome summer clothes! Check it out!
Glute/Hammie Workout
- Resistance Band RDLs
- Toes pointed inwards | 3 sets of 20 reps
- Toes pointed forward | 3 sets of 20 reps
- Toes pointed outward | 3 sets of 20 reps
- Sumo Pulse Squats (4 pulses count as 1 full rep)
- 3 sets of 12 reps
- Resisted Frog Leaps
- 3 sets of 12 reps
- Single-Leg Glute Bridges SUPERSET with Cross-body Pulsed Donkey Kicks
- 3 sets of 12 reps/leg
- Cable RDLs
- Toes pointed inwards | 3 sets of 15 reps
- Toes pointed forward | 3 sets of 15 reps
- Toes pointed outward | 3 sets of 15 reps
