Lateral Raises SUPERSET with Arnold Dumbbell Press

Decline Bench Press
4 sets x 10 reps
Wide Grip Lat Pull-Down
4 sets x 10 reps
Alternating Bicep Curl SUPERSET with Alternating Hammer Curl
4 sets x 10-12 reps
Tricep Pushdown
4 sets x 10-12 reps
Tricep Kickbacks
4 sets x 10-12 reps
