- Lat pull-down
- 4 sets x 10/8/6/20 slow and steady!
- Chest supported T-bar row SUPERSET with dumbbell rear delt fly
- 4 sets x 10 each
- Bent over rows
- 4 sets x 10/8/6/20
- Chin ups SUPERSET with bicep curls
- 4 sets x 12 each
- Cable rear delt fly SUPERSET with cable bicep curls
- 4 sets x 12 each
