LAT PULLDOWNS
4 sets, 12,10,8,6 reps
SEATED CABLE ROWS
4 sets, 12,10,8,6 reps
SUPERSET X 4
1) INCLINE DUMBBELL ROWS, 15 reps
2) BICEP CURLS, 20 total
SUPERSET X 4
1) FACE PULLS, 12,10,8,6 (increase weight each time)
2) REVERSE DUMBBELL FLY, 12 reps each set
PREACHER CURLS
2 DROP SETS, grab 4 dumbbells and decrease weight until failure. wait 90 seconds then repeat.
SUPERSET X 4
1) ASSISTED PULL-UPS, 12-15 reps
2) PLATED BICEP CURLS, 12-15 reps
