Now that the New Year is in full swing, it is time to keep those new years resolutions in check!! It is time to hold yourself accountable to meeting those larger goals by creating small daily goals.
Write your New Years’ Resolutions down and tape them up on your mirror or wall, somewhere where you can see them daily.
Each day, pick one thing off the list you will work on and do that day. Feel free to alter and add to the list as you go!
Changes don’t happen overnight, so time to commit yourself and remind yourself of what you are striving for. If one of your New Year’s resolutions is to lose weight, try breaking that goal down into small, attainable goals that you can accomplish each week and month. Think about what you will do each day to reach that end goal, and actually write down your daily accomplishments and actions towards that goal! Keeping a journal would be helpful.
