WARM UP
LUNGE JUMPS
3 sets X 12 reps
WORKOUT:
FRONT SQUATS
5 sets, 6 reps
GOOD-MORNING
3 sets x 6 reps, 2 sets x 12 reps
CLOSE STANCE LOW FOOT LEG PRESS
3 sets x 8 reps then pause for 10sec…. do 4 more reps.
LEG EXTENSION
2 sets x 15 reps, 3rd set continue to drop the weight until failure. when you can’t do anymore have your partner provide resistance (see video)
PULSE LUNGES
3 sets, 12 reps each leg
