This workout is a great option if you are crunched on time and want to hit legs and glutes really hard!
FULL LEGS/ GLUTES WORKOUT:
1. romanian deadlifts: 3sets, 8-12 reps
2. reverse hack squat: 3 sets, 12, 10, 8 reps
3. leg press: 3 sets, 8-10 reps
4. leg press iron marathon, 2 full iron marathon
Iron marathons are a long set with increasing rep numbers and no rest.
HOW TO:
1. do 1 rep at full extension
2. bring the weight back halfway and hold for 1 second
3. do 2 reps at full extension
4. bring the weight back halfway and hold for 1 second
5. do 3 reps at full extension
6. bring the weight back halfway and hold for 1 second
7. continue with this pattern increasing by 1 rep each time until you reach 10 full reps! HOLY GAINS
