– 4oz riced cauliflower
– 3oz cooked ground turkey
– 1/4c chopped white onion
– 4oz chopped bell peppers
– 5 baby carrots, chopped
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 1 TB extra virgin olive oil
– red chile flakes
– cajun jerk seasoning (mrs. dash is what I used!)
– 1/2 TB agave
– soy sauce
Heat large pan with olive oil on med-high heat. Add garlic and onion, let brown. Add cooked ground turkey, riced cauliflower, carrots and bell peppers. Let cook down, then add red chile flakes (to desired spiciness), sprinkle cajun jerk seasoning over mixture, add some splashes of soy sauce, and the agave. Let mixture cook until browned and delicious!
