Healthy, Fudgy, Chocolate BANANA BREAD!
Arguably the BEST recipe I have come up with. This seriously tastes like a rich cake. And it is macro-friendly too!
Yields: 8 thick slices
Macros per slice: 38c, 7f, 8p
RECIPE:
- 3/4c flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla greek yogurt (fat free)
- ½ cup sugar free maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup almond milk
- 2 large bananas, mashed
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3 packets stevia
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls, then combine. Stir until smooth. Bake for approximately 60 minutes, or until knife comes out clean!
